Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Restaurant may serve beer and wine after obtaining Franchisor's written consent, and Franchisee must maintain the appropriate permits and licenses in accordance therewith.

It will be a default under this Agreement if Franchisee fails to maintain such licensing and continues to sell alcoholic beverages from the Restaurant.

Franchisee shall notify Franchisor in writing prior to serving beer and wine and shall abide by the System standards.

Franchisee is not permitted to offer specialty drinks, alcoholic mixed drinks, cocktails or similar drinks.

Franchisee shall obtain, at a minimum, the additional insurance coverages Franchisor requires.

Franchisee, management staff and the employees Franchisor designates must maintain the industry certifications related to the offer and sale of alcohol beverages Franchisor designates at its expense;
