- (4) Upon your reasonable request, or as we deem appropriate, we will, during the Term, and subject to the availability of personnel, provide on-site remedial training to your Restaurant personnel.
You will pay the per diem fee then being charged to franchisees under the System for the services of such trained representatives, plus their costs of travel, lodging, and meals.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cicis will provide on-site remedial training to restaurant personnel during the term of the franchise agreement under certain conditions. This training can be provided either upon the franchisee's reasonable request or when Cicis deems it appropriate.
However, this on-site remedial training is subject to the availability of Cicis's personnel. If Cicis provides this training, the franchisee is responsible for paying a per diem fee for the services of the trained representatives. This fee will be the standard rate then being charged to franchisees within the Cicis system.
In addition to the per diem fee, the franchisee must also cover the costs of travel, lodging, and meals for the Cicis representatives providing the on-site training. This means that franchisees need to budget not only for the training itself but also for the associated expenses of bringing Cicis personnel to their restaurant for the remedial training.
