Any Operator you later designate must also satisfactorily complete the management training program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training program is subject to change without prior notification. This flexibility allows Cicis to update the training materials, methods, and manuals, as well as adjust the curriculum based on personnel changes. The subjects taught and the time allocated for each subject may also vary depending on the experience level of the individuals being trained.
This means that prospective franchisees should be prepared for potential modifications to the training program. While the core content is likely to remain consistent, Cicis reserves the right to adapt the program to reflect current best practices and operational needs. Franchisees will need to remain adaptable and open to new information and techniques presented during training.
It is important to note that any operator a franchisee later designates must also satisfactorily complete the management training program. The franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred for any training program, whether initial or additional, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages. Cicis has the right to charge a fee for additional training, not to exceed $250 per day for each day of training that Cicis determines is necessary.
