What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to participate in the Veteran's Incentive Program, a developer must provide information to confirm their qualifications. This information can be part of the application materials or provided separately as supporting information. The developer represents and warrants that all supporting information is true, correct, and that they satisfy all of Cicis's requirements for participation in the program.

Cicis approves participation in the program based on the developer's representations regarding their veteran status. The approval applies to Franchise Agreements executed pursuant to the Area Development Agreement from the effective date of the addendum. The developer must promptly notify Cicis in writing if any of the supporting information changes or is no longer true and correct.

Cicis retains the right to revoke participation in the program if they determine at any time that the developer no longer qualifies. This ensures that only eligible veterans receive the incentives offered under the program and that Cicis can maintain the integrity of the program.
