Mr. Richard served has been our Chief Operating Officer since October 2023. Prior to that, he served as our Vice President of Operations from October 2022 to October 2023 and Franchise Business Director from November 2021 to October 2022. From November 2020 to April 2021, Mr. Richard served as Director of Operations for Harp + Cork, Inc., in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Richards was not employed from August 2019 to November 2020 and from April 2021 to November 2021. Mr. Richard works out of our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
