- Construction; Facsimile Signatures. Except as expressly set forth in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement remain in full force and effect. Initially capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment have the meanings assigned to them in the Franchise Agreement. This Amendment may be executed in several counterparts, each of which will serve as an original for all purposes, and all of which will constitute but one and the same Amendment; and will be effective upon execution by us. Facsimile signatures will be considered effective for execution purposes.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
