The Operations Manual contains important information for franchisees. Cicis will provide access to the confidential Operations Manual after the Franchise Agreement is executed, and it may be provided online only. Prospective franchisees have the opportunity to review the Manual upon signing a confidentiality agreement before signing the Franchise Agreement.
The franchisee must treat the contents of the Manuals as proprietary and confidential, and they are not allowed to make any copies of the Manuals. The current Operations Manual consists of 133 pages, and its table of contents is attached to the Disclosure Document as Exhibit J.
