After the expiration or termination of the Cicis agreement, how will Cicis deliver notices to the franchisee?

After expiration or termination of this Agreement, any notices we are required or permitted to send to you shall be delivered via hand delivery, mail or carrier, as described below, to your last known address and via email to your last known (non-Cicis system) email address.
Any notices you are required or permitted to send to us, whether during or after the Term of this Agreement, shall be sent via hand delivery, mail or carrier, as described below, to the address shown in the opening paragraph of this Agreement (or such other address we provide to you), to the attention of our Legal Department, and by email to notices@cicisspizza.com (or any substitute email address we provide to you).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the franchise agreement expires or is terminated, Cicis will deliver any required or permitted notices to the franchisee via hand delivery, mail, or carrier to the franchisee's last known address.
