What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must send any required or permitted notices to Cicis via email to notices@cicisspizza.com. This email address is for sending notices to the Legal Department. Cicis can change this email address and will provide franchisees with any substitute email address.

In addition to sending notices via email, franchisees must also send notices via hand delivery, mail, or carrier to the address shown in the opening paragraph of the Franchise Agreement, which is 13355 Noel Road, Suite 1645, Dallas, TX 75240. Notices are considered delivered only when sent by both email and hand delivery, mail, or carrier.

This dual-method requirement ensures that Cicis receives important communications from franchisees. It is the franchisee's responsibility to ensure that all notices are sent to the correct addresses and by the required methods to be considered delivered. Franchisees should also keep records of all notices sent, including dates, methods of delivery, and confirmation of receipt, to protect their interests and demonstrate compliance with the franchise agreement.
