According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to participate in the Development Incentive Program, a prospective franchisee must sign and satisfy the conditions under the Development Incentive Program Addendum attached as Exhibit D-1. This addendum must be signed when the franchisee signs the Area Development Agreement or, if applicable, the Franchise Agreement.
The Development Incentive Program offers a reduced initial franchise fee of $10,000 for each Franchise Agreement signed under a new 5-unit Area Development Agreement, provided the franchisee remains in good standing with Cicis. The development fee is $50,000, which is then applied in $10,000 increments to satisfy the initial franchise fee for each Franchise Agreement.
It is important for potential franchisees to carefully review Exhibit D-1, the Development Incentive Program Addendum, to fully understand the conditions and obligations required to participate in and maintain eligibility for the program. Franchisees should also note that Cicis reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offer to participate in any incentive program at any time.
