What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after Cicis and the franchisee agree on a location after the effective date of the franchise agreement, they will identify the location on Attachment A-1. This attachment will also indicate whether the restaurant will be a Cicis Buffet Restaurant or a Cicis To Go Restaurant, and the restaurant's protected area.

The FDD states that the franchisee must sign and deliver Attachment A-1 to Cicis within five days of receiving it. If the franchisee fails to do so, Cicis has the right to revoke their acceptance of the proposed location.

This requirement ensures that the franchisee promptly confirms their agreement with the location terms, allowing Cicis to move forward with the franchise development process. The short timeframe emphasizes the importance of the franchisee's timely response in securing the location and proceeding with the establishment of their Cicis restaurant.
