Copies of all notices required or permitted by the Lease shall also be sent to Franchisor at 13355 Noel Road, Suite 1645, Dallas, Texas 75240, Attn: Real Estate, or such other address as Franchisor may locate its Restaurant Support Center, at the same time notice is provided to Franchisee.
The manner of delivery and the effectiveness of such notices shall be governed by the notice provisions in the Lease, provided that, in no event shall e-mail notifications be effective as against the Franchisor.
