What does Cicis consider the importance of complying with all of the standards, specifications, policies, and procedures relating to the operation of the Restaurant?

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, maintaining uniformity among all Cicis Restaurants and complying with all standards, specifications, policies, and procedures related to restaurant operations is considered important. As a result, franchisees must agree to comply with all System Standards as they exist. These System Standards are subject to periodic modifications by Cicis.

The System Standards regulate various aspects of the restaurant's operation and maintenance. These include sales, marketing, advertising, promotional programs, staffing levels, employee qualifications, dress, appearance, use and display of the Marks, days and hours of operation, and methods of payment. Additionally, the standards cover policies for online presences, participation in market research, gift card programs, menus, bookkeeping, accounting, data processing, record keeping systems, and participation in quality assurance and customer satisfaction programs.

Furthermore, the System Standards address the use of third-party food delivery services, online ordering services, types and conditions of insurance coverage, and any other operational aspects that Cicis deems useful to preserve or enhance the efficiency, image, or goodwill of the Marks and Cicis Restaurants. Franchisees are responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of their restaurant, including the implementation and maintenance of these System Standards.
