Where does Cicis conduct the Leadership and Motivation training, and how many on-the-job training hours are included?

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Leadership and Motivation training is conducted in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area, TX. The training includes 12 hours of on-the-job training. This is part of the initial training program that the Managing Owner, initial Operator, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager must successfully complete within a reasonable time after signing the Franchise Agreement, and at least 15 days before the Cicis restaurant opens.

Prospective franchisees should note that the training program's subjects and time allocations can change based on the trainee's experience. If the Managing Owner or Operator fails to complete the program satisfactorily, Cicis will allow the franchisee to designate a new Managing Owner or Operator. Failure to complete the training before the scheduled opening date may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.

Franchisees are responsible for all expenses related to training, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages for themselves and their personnel. Cicis may charge a fee for additional training, not exceeding $250 per day. Cicis may provide on-site opening assistance, determining the number of representatives and the assistance period based on their assessment of the franchisee's operational needs. While there is no fee for the initial opening assistance, franchisees may have to reimburse Cicis for expenses incurred by their representatives for subsequent locations.
