Besides email, what other methods can a Cicis franchisee use to send notices to Cicis?

Any notices you are required or permitted to send to us, whether during or after the Term of this Agreement, shall be sent via hand delivery, mail or carrier, as described below, to the address shown in the opening paragraph of this Agreement (or such other address we provide to you), to the attention of our Legal Department, and by email to notices@cicisspizza.com (or any substitute email address we provide to you).

Notices sent via email are deemed delivered when. Notices sent by hand delivery, mail or carrier shall be deemed delivered at the earlier of (i) actual delivery, (ii) the next business day after prepaid deposit with a nationally recognized carrier for overnight or express delivery, or (iii) three business days after prepaid deposit with the US postal service for registered or certified mail. Notices required to be sent both by email and by hand delivery, mail or carrier shall be considered delivered only when delivered by both methods.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can send notices to Cicis via hand delivery, mail, or carrier. The notice must be sent to the address listed in the opening paragraph of the Development Agreement, or to any other address Cicis provides, and should be directed to the attention of their Legal Department.
