We began offering franchises for Cicis Restaurants as of May 28, 2021.
Our agent for service of process in our jurisdiction of organization (Delaware) is Corporate Creations Network Inc. having its principal business address at 3411 Silverside Road Tatnall Building Ste 104, New Castle, Wilmington, DE 19810. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current franchisor, On Smile LLC, began offering franchises for Cicis Restaurants as of May 28, 2021.
