To purchase a franchise for a Cicis Restaurant, you must sign a franchise agreement and related agreements, on our standard forms (together, a "Franchise Agreement"). Our current form of Franchise Agreement is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit B. You and we will agree on whether your Cicis Restaurant will be developed as a Cicis Buffet Restaurant or a Cicis To Go Restaurant, typically based on the location and size of the premises at which the restaurant will be developed. Each Cicis Restaurant is governed by a separate Franchise Agreement.

According to Cicis's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to purchase a Cicis Restaurant franchise, a franchisee must sign a franchise agreement and related agreements, which are presented in Cicis's standard forms. These agreements are collectively referred to as the "Franchise Agreement." The current form of the Franchise Agreement is included as Exhibit B in the FDD.
The specific type of Cicis Restaurant, whether it will be a Cicis Buffet Restaurant or a Cicis To Go Restaurant, will be determined by mutual agreement between the franchisee and Cicis, typically based on the location and size of the premises. Each Cicis Restaurant is governed by a separate Franchise Agreement.
For franchisees seeking to develop multiple Cicis locations, Cicis offers the opportunity to acquire Development Rights within a specific geographic area and according to an agreed-upon schedule. To obtain these Development Rights, franchisees must sign Cicis's Area Development Agreement, along with related agreements, which are included as Exhibit C in the FDD. The Area Development Agreement specifies the Development Area and Development Schedule, with a typical agreement requiring the development of 2 or 3 Cicis Restaurants. When signing the Area Development Agreement, the franchisee will also sign the Franchise Agreement for the first Cicis Restaurant. For each subsequent restaurant, the franchisee will sign Cicis's then-current form of Franchise Agreement, which may differ from the original agreement.
