Our direct parent is At World Properties, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company formed on March 17, 2000, with a principal business address at 806 N. Peoria St., Chicago, IL 60642 ("Parent"). Parent is a real estate brokerage that offers brokerage services to real estate buyers and sellers and relocation services to companies and other institutions. Except for relocation services that may be provided to you under a separate addendum to the License Agreement, Parent neither offers products or services to Affiliates nor offers franchises in any line of business. Parent acquired control of us in December 2021.
