What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, Christies International Real Estate has the option to use local, regional, or national advertising. Christies International Real Estate may provide guidance for advertising or conduct advertising themselves through various channels such as online platforms, radio, television, direct mail, and print. However, Christies International Real Estate is not obligated to spend any specific amount on advertising within the franchisee's geographic area.

This means that while Christies International Real Estate franchisees benefit from the brand's advertising efforts, there is no guarantee of local advertising support. The franchisee should be prepared to invest in their own local marketing strategies to build brand awareness in their specific market.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about Christies International Real Estate's advertising plans for their region and clarify what support and resources are available for local marketing initiatives. Understanding the level of corporate advertising support is crucial for budgeting and planning their own marketing efforts.
