- (1) Landvest, Inc. is listed in Table 3 as having an outlet in Massachusetts, but that Affiliate's PBA also included a grant of territory in Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and New York.
- (2) Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, LLC is listed in Table 3 as having an outlet in Wyoming, but that Affiliate's PBA also included a grant of territory in Idaho. This Affiliate ceased operating under the Marks in April 2021, and the PBA was terminated in February 2022.
- (3) PureWest Christie's International Real Estate was granted an option to expand into Wyoming in 2022, but currently does not have an outlet in Wyoming.
