Who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Christies International Real Estate Business?

Christies International Real Estate will provide guidance through the Operations Manual, written materials, telephone conversations, and virtual or in-person meetings. However, the FDD explicitly states that providing such advice or assistance does not make Christies International Real Estate a joint employer with the franchisee for any reason.
