Anti-virus protection. You must use anti-virus protection on your computer. At present, we do not specify a particular vendor, but reserve the right to do so.
Independent Access to Information. You are required to provide us with independent access to the information that will be generated or stored in your Computer Systems, which includes, but not limited to, certain operational information we require in the Operations Manual. We have the right to review your business operations, in person, by mail, or electronically, and to inspect your operations and obtain your paper and electronic business records related to the Business and any other operations taking place through your Business. If, as part of a review of your Business, we request a copy of any business records, you must send us at your expense these records within five days of receiving our request.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, Christies International Real Estate requires franchisees to provide them with independent access to information generated or stored in their computer systems. This includes operational information that Christies International Real Estate requires as outlined in the Operations Manual.
Christies International Real Estate retains the right to review a franchisee's business operations through various means, including in-person visits, mail correspondence, or electronic monitoring. They can also inspect the franchisee's operations and access paper and electronic business records related to the business and any other activities conducted through it.
Furthermore, if Christies International Real Estate requests copies of any business records as part of a business review, the franchisee is responsible for sending these records at their own expense within five days of receiving the request. This allows Christies International Real Estate to maintain oversight and ensure compliance with their standards and procedures.
