What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training for relocation does not include on-the-job training. The initial training program includes 0.5 hours of classroom training for relocation, held in Chicago, IL.

Christies International Real Estate requires the Designated Owner, Office Broker, Marketing Director, and Training/Agent Support Director to attend and complete the initial training program to satisfaction before opening the Business. While Christies International Real Estate does not charge for the trainees to attend initial training, the franchisee is responsible for covering costs like travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and employee wages during training.

Christies International Real Estate also conducts ongoing education courses, seminars, or conferences either online, at the corporate office, in the franchisee's area, or elsewhere. Attendance at these courses is voluntary. The franchisee is responsible for any fees charged for these courses, as well as costs of transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses.
