Additional Training or Seminars. We also will conduct ongoing education courses, seminars or conferences either online, at our corporate office, in your area or elsewhere, although we have the right to determine if and when these courses may be offered, as well as their duration and content. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Christies International Real Estate's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training or seminars may be mandatory. Christies International Real Estate will conduct ongoing education courses, seminars, or conferences either online, at their corporate office, in the franchisee's area, or elsewhere. However, Christies International Real Estate has the right to determine if and when these courses may be offered, as well as their duration and content.
Attendance at these courses is voluntary, but Christies International Real Estate requires franchisees to attend any annual conference or conference that they sponsor or designate. Franchisees must pay the then-current Annual Conference Fee and are responsible for all travel and living expenses. If a franchisee fails to attend the annual conference without prior written consent, they must pay the then-current fee for two people for failing to attend the conference.
