For Christies International Real Estate, what positions must be designated for the Business at all times?

We have the right to require, in our discretion, your Responsible Broker, Office Broker, Marketing Director and Agent Support Director for the Main Office and each Additional Office (if any) (hereinafter referred to as "Trainees") to attend, and complete to our satisfaction, our then-current initial training program on the operation of a Business and the Brand Guidelines and Systems, to be provided at a place and time we designate.
We will not charge a training fee for your Trainees to attend our initial training program.
We reserve the right to require any additional individuals to attend our initial training, at our then-current initial training fee.
You are solely responsible for the compensation, travel, lodging and living expenses incurred by your Trainees and any required additional individuals in attending the initial training program and any additional trainings required.
We have the right to determine whether a person has or has not successfully completed training and to require your Trainees or additional individuals to repeat the course.
Failure to complete to our satisfaction the initial training program in accordance with our standards constitutes grounds for termination, as provided in Section 10.2(a) of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate FDD, the franchise may require the Responsible Broker, Office Broker, Marketing Director, and Agent Support Director for the Main Office and each Additional Office to attend the initial training program. These positions are referred to as "Trainees" in the document.
Christies International Real Estate has the right to require these positions to attend and complete the initial training program to satisfaction. The company does not charge a training fee for these positions to attend the initial training program. However, the franchisee is responsible for the compensation, travel, lodging, and living expenses incurred by the trainees attending the initial training program.
Christies International Real Estate also has the right to require any additional individuals to attend the initial training, but the franchisee will have to pay the then-current initial training fee for those individuals. Failure to complete the initial training program to the franchisor's satisfaction can be grounds for termination of the franchise agreement.
