What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate FDD, certain personnel must attend and successfully complete the initial training program before opening the business. Specifically, the Designated Owner, Office Broker, Marketing Director, and Training/Agent Support Director of both the Main and Additional Offices, referred to as "Trainees," are required to attend. Christies International Real Estate does not charge tuition for the initial training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and wages for their employees attending the training.

The initial training program is mandatory, and Christies International Real Estate must be satisfied with the Trainees' completion of the program. The FDD specifies that the Trainees must successfully complete the initial training program to the franchisor's satisfaction before the franchisee can open their Christies International Real Estate business. After the training, Christies International Real Estate will advise the franchisee whether they have successfully completed the course.
