What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Christies International Real Estate's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their employees must maintain positive customer relationships and deliver competent, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. They must also adhere to all operational standards outlined in the Operations Manual.
Christies International Real Estate provides guidance to franchisees through the Operations Manual, written materials, telephone conversations, and virtual or in-person meetings. This support aims to help franchisees meet the required customer service standards. However, the FDD explicitly states that providing such advice and assistance does not make Christies International Real Estate a joint employer with the franchisee for any reason.
To stay updated on programs, processes, procedures, and other information relevant to operating a Christies International Real Estate business, franchisees or a senior representative from their leadership team must attend any annual affiliate conference or other sponsored conference. Failure to attend without prior written consent results in a fee equivalent to the then-current conference fee for two people, in addition to covering all travel and living expenses.
