Where are the minimum performance requirements for a Christies International Real Estate franchise identified?
Christies_International_Real_Estate Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Your rights under the License Agreement are dependent on you achieving the minimum performance requirements identified on Exhibit 1 to the License Agreement (referred to as the "Minimum Performance Requirement"). If you fail to satisfy the Minimum Performance Requirement during the term of the License Agreement, we have the right, but are not required, to terminate the License Agreement, or, in lieu of termination, modify or rescind any such territorial or protected rights. The Minimum Performance Requirements are determined when we consider a number of factors, including your experience, the area you plan to operate your Business, the number of agents affiliated with you, and other factors we may solely determine.
For Affiliates who are converting an existing real estate business to Business, the Minimum Performance Requirement is equal to a minimum amount of Gross Revenues that is designated in the License Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum performance requirements for a franchisee are specified in Exhibit 1 of the License Agreement. These requirements are referred to as the "Minimum Performance Requirement."
Christies International Real Estate determines these requirements based on factors such as the franchisee's experience, the operational area, the number of affiliated agents, and other criteria determined solely by them. For franchisees converting an existing real estate business, the Minimum Performance Requirement is set as a minimum amount of Gross Revenues, which is detailed in the License Agreement.
Failure to meet the Minimum Performance Requirement during the term of the License Agreement gives Christies International Real Estate the right, but not the obligation, to terminate the agreement. As an alternative to termination, Christies International Real Estate may choose to modify or rescind any territorial or protected rights granted to the franchisee.
