According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate FDD, the Recruitment and Retention of Agents training is held in Chicago, IL. This training is part of the initial training program that Christies International Real Estate provides to its franchisees and their staff.

The initial training program is mandatory for the Designated Owner, Office Broker, Marketing Director, and Training/Agent Support Director. Christies International Real Estate does not charge for the trainees to attend initial training, but the franchisee is responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and their employees' wages to attend initial training.

Christies International Real Estate also conducts ongoing education courses, seminars or conferences either online, at their corporate office, in the franchisee's area or elsewhere. Franchisees must pay for any fees charged per the then current schedule of charges, and they must also pay their costs of transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses. Attendance at these courses is voluntary.
