We are a Delaware limited liability company. We incorporated on June 2, 1995, and we converted from a corporation to a limited liability company on December 1, 2021. Our principal business address is 806 N. Peoria St., Chicago, IL 60642. We do business as "Christie's International Real Estate." Between 2011 and December 2021, we went by the name Christie's International Real Estate, Inc. Prior to 2011, we went by the name Christie's Great Estates Inc. Exhibit B contains our agents for service of process.

We offer franchises for the right to operate a full-service residential real estate brokerage business using the Marks, including CHRISTIE'S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE, pursuant to a Broker Affiliate License Agreement (the "Business"). We began offering these CHRISTIE'S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE franchises in March 2022. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business. We have never operated a Business.
