What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, Christies International Real Estate does not deliver or install any items, even if they are from pre-approved suppliers. However, Christies International Real Estate may establish and provide a list of pre-approved suppliers, including written specifications for certain equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies.

This means that while Christies International Real Estate may offer guidance on where to source necessary items for setting up the franchise, the franchisee is responsible for the actual procurement, delivery, and installation of these items. This responsibility includes ensuring that all items meet the specifications provided by Christies International Real Estate and are installed correctly.

For a prospective franchisee, this implies that they need to factor in the time and cost associated with sourcing, receiving, and installing all required items. It also means that the franchisee has the flexibility to choose suppliers, provided they meet Christies International Real Estate's standards, but they also bear the risk of managing these logistics independently. Therefore, a franchisee should carefully consider these factors when planning their initial investment and operational setup.
