We offer franchises for the right to operate a full-service residential real estate brokerage business using the Marks, including CHRISTIE'S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE, pursuant to a Broker Affiliate License Agreement (the "Business"). We began offering these CHRISTIE'S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE franchises in March 2022. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business. We have never operated a Business.
Predecessor, Parents & Affiliates
Our direct parent is At World Properties, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company formed on March 17, 2000, with a principal business address at 806 N. Peoria St., Chicago, IL 60642 ("Parent"). Parent is a real estate brokerage that offers brokerage services to real estate buyers and sellers and relocation services to companies and other institutions. Except for relocation services that may be provided to you under a separate addendum to the License Agreement, Parent neither offers products or services to Affiliates nor offers franchises in any line of business. Parent acquired control of us in December 2021.
Parent's ultimate parent entity, through a subsidiary, is At World Properties Holdings, LLC (formerly known as QCGW Holdings LLC) ("Ultimate Parent"), a Delaware limited liability company, with a principal business address at 806 N. Peoria Street, Chicago, IL 60642 that was formed on April 12, 2018. Ultimate Parent does not offer products or services to our franchisees nor offer franchises in any line of business. On January 13, 2025, Compass, Inc. ("Compass"), a Delaware corporation and a real estate brokerage firm with a principal business address at 110 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, New York 10011, acquired control of Ultimate Parent. Compass is a real estate brokerage company, that primarily represents buyers and sellers of residential properties, which is similar to the products and services offered by CIRE franchisees. Compass operates in approximately 95 markets in the United States, with over 400 offices. Compass does not offer and has not offered franchises in any line of business.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, Christies International Real Estate has not operated a Business itself. The document specifies that Christies International Real Estate began offering franchises in March 2022.
However, the FDD does state that its direct parent, At World Properties, LLC, is a real estate brokerage that offers brokerage services to real estate buyers and sellers and relocation services to companies and other institutions. In addition, several affiliates of @properties operate residential real estate brokerage businesses under the "@properties" marks. As of December 31, 2024, those affiliates operated 41 company-owned @properties businesses.
Prospective franchisees should note that while Christies International Real Estate itself has not directly operated a real estate brokerage, its parent company and affiliated entities have experience in the real estate brokerage sector. This could provide some level of reassurance and support to franchisees, as the broader corporate structure has familiarity with the industry.
