What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate FDD, Exhibit G lists former affiliates. These are affiliates who had an outlet terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise ceased to do business under the License Agreement during the most recently completed fiscal year. The exhibit also includes affiliates who have not communicated with Christies International Real Estate within ten weeks of the date of the disclosure document issuance. The list includes the names, city and state, and current business telephone number, or if unknown, the last known home telephone number of every Affiliate who meets the criteria.
This means that if a Christies International Real Estate affiliate leaves the system for any reason (termination, cancellation, non-renewal, or simply ceasing operations) during the last fiscal year, their information will be included in Exhibit G. Similarly, if an affiliate becomes unresponsive to Christies International Real Estate for more than ten weeks, they will also be listed in this exhibit. The purpose of this exhibit is to provide prospective franchisees with a list of former affiliates they may contact to learn about their experiences with the franchise system.
It is important to note that if a prospective franchisee purchases a Christies International Real Estate franchise, their contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when they leave the franchise system.
