What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Christies International Real Estate's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, competition is one of the factors considered when reviewing a franchisee's request to relocate their Main Office or any Additional Office.

Specifically, Christies International Real Estate assesses several aspects of a proposed location, including residential population, income levels, demographics, visibility, proximity to other Christies International Real Estate offices, accessibility, traffic, size, condition and character, parking, and available signage. By considering these factors, Christies International Real Estate aims to ensure that the new location supports the franchisee's business and aligns with the brand's standards.

This evaluation process is important for prospective franchisees because it demonstrates that Christies International Real Estate is invested in the success of its franchisees. However, franchisees should be aware that approval is not guaranteed, and Christies International Real Estate reserves the right to reject a proposed location based on its assessment of these factors. Therefore, franchisees should carefully research potential locations and gather relevant data to support their relocation requests.
