What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Christies International Real Estate's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, available signage is indeed a factor the company considers when reviewing a proposed site for a Main Office or Additional Office. Christies International Real Estate must provide written approval of the physical address of the business's Main Office before operations can begin.
The document specifies that Christies International Real Estate considers several factors during site selection. These factors range from demographic and economic considerations to practical site-specific attributes. Paying attention to these factors ensures that the franchisee selects a location that aligns with the brand's image and operational needs.
For a prospective Christies International Real Estate franchisee, this means that the location of their office must meet certain criteria to gain approval. The franchisee should consider factors such as residential population, income levels, local demographics, and the presence of competitors. Additionally, the site should have good visibility, be easily accessible, and offer sufficient parking. The size, condition, and overall character of the location are also important, as is the availability of suitable signage to promote the Christies International Real Estate brand. These considerations collectively aim to optimize the franchisee's chances of success by ensuring a well-suited and strategically advantageous business location.
