According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate Franchise Disclosure Document, Christies International Real Estate does conduct ongoing education courses, seminars, or conferences. These may be offered online, at their corporate office, in the franchisee's area, or elsewhere. However, Christies International Real Estate has the right to determine if and when these courses are offered, as well as their duration and content.
Franchisees are responsible for any fees charged for these courses, which currently amount to $500 per day per attendee, but can vary over time. Franchisees must also cover their own costs for transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses. Attendance at these courses is voluntary.
Christies International Real Estate also intends to provide programs through its learning platform, which they encourage franchisees and their independent sales associates to complete. Additionally, online learning materials may be made available for franchisee use.
