What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christies International Real Estate FDD, Christies International Real Estate or its affiliates may offer ancillary services to assist franchisees in operating their businesses. These services are not mandatory for franchisees to use. Examples of ancillary services include new development consulting and marketing, certain loan brokerage services, escrow services, title searches, and similar products or services related to a real estate brokerage operation. Christies International Real Estate will not provide assistance in establishing prices for the franchisee's business.
These ancillary services may not be available in all markets. Christies International Real Estate retains the right to add, change, or discontinue any ancillary service at any time. Additionally, Christies International Real Estate reserves the right to charge its then-current fees for these ancillary services.
This flexibility allows Christies International Real Estate to adapt its service offerings to changing market conditions or franchisee needs. However, it also means that franchisees cannot rely on the continued availability of any specific ancillary service and should be prepared for potential changes in service offerings and associated fees.
