(b) Franchisee will have refurbished, redesigned or remodeled its Franchised Business, and will have provided for such upgrading and replacement of equipment, displays, materials and inventory, by the time the Renewal Term is scheduled to commence. Franchisor requires that all of the foregoing will be completed in compliance with: (i) Franchisor's then-current specifications for its franchised businesses; and (ii) the then-current requirements of the Renewal Agreement. In determining the refurbish, redesign and/or remodel requirements for the Renewal Agreement, Franchisor will take into account how recently the Premises has been Remodeled, as defined in Section 10.26 herein; and
