19.01 Notice. Except as expressly set forth to the contrary in this Agreement, all notices, requests or consents provided for or permitted to be given under this Agreement must be in writing and must be delivered to the recipient in person, by courier, certified mail return receipt requested or by similar transmission; and a notice, request or consent given under this Agreement is deemed delivered at the time of delivery by express courier or messenger service, 1 business day after sending by facsimile transmission or electronic mail and 3 business days after placed in the United States Mail by Registered or Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, postage prepaid and addressed to the party to be notified at its most current principal business address of which the notifying party has been advised, or to any other place designated by either party. Whenever any notice is required to be given by law or this Agreement, a written waiver thereof, signed by the Person entitled to notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such

According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, all notices, requests, or consents provided for or permitted under the Franchise Agreement must be in writing. The notification must be delivered to the recipient in person, by courier, certified mail with return receipt requested, or by similar transmission.
A notice, request, or consent is considered delivered at the time of delivery by express courier or messenger service. If sent by facsimile transmission or electronic mail, it is deemed delivered one business day after sending. If placed in the United States Mail by Registered or Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, with postage prepaid and addressed to the party to be notified at its most current principal business address, it is considered delivered three business days after being mailed. The address used must be the most current principal business address of which the notifying party has been advised, or to any other place designated by either party.
Whenever any notice is required by law or the Franchise Agreement, a written waiver signed by the person entitled to notice, whether before or after the time stated, is equivalent to giving such notice. All notices, requests, and consents to be sent to Christian Brothers Automotive should be addressed to the address provided in the FDD.
