Is the Christian Brothers Automotive multi-facility program available to new franchisees?

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We currently offer the following two separate franchise programs:

    1. A franchisee may acquire a license to operate a single CBA franchise.
    1. A franchisee may acquire a license to operate more than one CBA franchise. CBAC has a separate Franchise Disclosure Document for its multi-facility program. The multi-facility program may only be offered in a franchise registration state if CBAC has first obtained an effective franchise registration to offer this program in the respective state. This program is not available to new franchisees. We reserve the right to limit franchisees to a maximum of three (3) CBA franchises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two franchise programs available: a single franchise and a multi-facility franchise. However, the FDD states that the multi-facility program is not available to new franchisees. Christian Brothers Automotive reserves the right to limit franchisees to a maximum of three franchises.

This means that new franchisees can initially only apply for a single Christian Brothers Automotive franchise. The opportunity to expand into a multi-facility operation is not available to them upfront.

For prospective franchisees interested in owning multiple locations, it is important to inquire with Christian Brothers Automotive about the requirements and timeline for potentially participating in the multi-facility program in the future. Understanding the criteria for eligibility and the process for expanding to additional locations is crucial for long-term business planning.
