Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We currently offer the following two separate franchise programs:

    1. A franchisee may acquire a license to operate a single CBA franchise.
    1. A franchisee may acquire a license to operate more than one CBA franchise. CBAC has a separate Franchise Disclosure Document for its multi-facility program. The multi-facility program may only be offered in a franchise registration state if CBAC has first obtained an effective franchise registration to offer this program in the respective state. This program is not available to new franchisees. We reserve the right to limit franchisees to a maximum of three (3) CBA franchises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Christian Brothers Automotive's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, CBAC reserves the right to limit franchisees to a maximum of three Christian Brothers Automotive franchises. This limitation applies to the multi-facility program, which is not available to new franchisees.

This means that while Christian Brothers Automotive does offer a multi-facility program, new franchisees may not be eligible to participate in it. Furthermore, even for franchisees who are eligible for the multi-facility program, Christian Brothers Automotive retains the discretion to restrict them to operating no more than three franchise locations.

Prospective franchisees should inquire with Christian Brothers Automotive about the specific criteria for eligibility in the multi-facility program and the factors that CBAC considers when deciding whether to impose the three-franchise limit. Understanding these factors is crucial for franchisees who aspire to expand their operations beyond a single location.
