According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, the instructional materials for the training program include the Confidential Operations Manual, Playbook, and related online and offline materials. New principal operators are required to complete 60 hours of online training, a two-week (65 hours) training program at the corporate offices in Houston, Texas, or another designated location, potentially including a virtual environment.
Additionally, new principal operators will undergo a four-week (230 hours) training program at a franchise location under the supervision of a Certified Training Location (CTL) trainer, as well as a two-week (115 hours) training program at a franchise location operated by a Certified Field Trainer (CFT). All of this training must be completed before a new Principal Operator is allowed to serve as a Principal Operator of a franchise. The Service Manager must complete a one-week (33 hours) training program at the Christian Brothers Automotive office in Houston, Texas, or virtually facilitated by members of the CBAC Training staff.

During this time, Christian Brothers Automotive will provide training and support programs on location at the place of business and from their offices in Houston, TX (75 hours).
