Based on the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit D contains the Store In Distress Support Program Agreement. In the state of Maryland, the FDD states that all representations requiring prospective franchisees to assent to a release, estoppel or waiver of liability are not intended to nor shall they act as a release, estoppel or waiver of any liability incurred under the Maryland Franchise Registration and Disclosure Law. The following language is added as a new Section 18 of Exhibit D (Store In Distress Support Program Agreement) of the Agreement: All representations requiring prospective franchisees to assent to a release, estoppel.
