What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement does refer to the franchisee's territory. Specifically, it states that the franchisee will operate their Christian Brothers Automotive franchise in the territory described in Section 2.01 of the agreement. The franchisor grants the franchisee a non-exclusive license to operate their franchise within this defined territory. However, the document does not include an exhibit that specifically outlines the franchisee's territory. A prospective franchisee should carefully review Section 2.01 of the franchise agreement and seek clarification from Christian Brothers Automotive regarding the exact boundaries and any conditions related to their territory to fully understand their rights and limitations.
