What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive FDD, franchisees are required to wrap the approved shuttle vehicle with a CBAC-approved graphic wrap from an approved vendor. The FDD specifies that franchisees must purchase a CBAC-approved shuttle vehicle, which can be a Honda Odyssey (2018 or newer), Honda Pilot (2023 or newer), Toyota Sienna (2021 or newer), Hyundai Palisade (2022 or newer), Kia Telluride (2022 or newer), Mazda CX-9 (2023 or newer), and Toyota Highlander (2020 or newer). Pre-owned shuttle vehicles cannot be more than 4 years old at the time of purchase without prior written approval from Christian Brothers Automotive and must be the latest design/body style available, subject to the model year requirements.
The cost for the shuttle vehicle wrap ranges from $1,750 to $3,400. This cost can be financed with the purchase or lease of the shuttle vehicle. This means franchisees need to factor in this additional expense when budgeting for their initial investment.
This requirement ensures brand consistency and visibility, as all shuttle vehicles will have a uniform appearance. While this adds to the initial costs, it also contributes to the overall marketing and brand recognition of Christian Brothers Automotive. Franchisees should confirm the current approved vendors and graphic wrap specifications with Christian Brothers Automotive to ensure compliance.
