What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in promotional campaigns. Specifically, franchisees must participate in all promotional campaigns established by Christian Brothers Automotive on a national basis or for the region or metropolitan area in which their automotive repair facility is located.
This requirement ensures brand consistency and coordinated marketing efforts across the Christian Brothers Automotive system. By participating in these campaigns, franchisees benefit from the collective marketing power of the brand and contribute to overall brand awareness.
While participation in national and regional campaigns is mandatory, franchisees also have the option to form market-wide marketing co-ops (MMCs) with the franchisor's approval. Participation in these MMCs is governed by the MMC's governing documents. All marketing and advertising materials created by the MMC must be approved by Christian Brothers Automotive.
