What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Christian Brothers Automotive Franchise Disclosure Document, the fees for additional training sessions offered by CBAC will be uniform for all franchisees. The amount of these fees will be established by Christian Brothers Automotive at the time the training is offered.
While the fees for the training itself are uniform, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by themselves and their employees when attending these additional training sessions. As of the date of the Franchise Disclosure Document, Christian Brothers Automotive has not yet charged any fees for additional training, but franchisees have been required to pay travel and living expenses for attending these sessions.
This means that while the cost of the training itself will be the same for every franchisee, the overall expense can vary significantly depending on factors like distance to the training location, accommodation choices, and the number of employees attending. Prospective franchisees should factor in these potential costs when budgeting for ongoing training and development.
