What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Christian Brothers Automotive's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Christian Brothers Automotive Corporate (CBAC) establishes the fees for additional training sessions. The fees will be uniform for all franchisees. These additional training sessions may be mandatory or optional, depending on Christian Brothers Automotive's discretion.

While Christian Brothers Automotive determines the fees for the training itself, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for themselves and their employees when attending these additional training sessions. As of the date of the 2025 Disclosure Document, Christian Brothers Automotive has not yet charged any fees for additional training, but franchisees have been required to pay travel and living expenses.

This policy means that franchisees need to budget not only for potential training fees set by Christian Brothers Automotive but also for the variable costs of travel and accommodation. The fact that fees have not been charged historically does not guarantee they will not be in the future, so prospective franchisees should inquire about the potential frequency and cost of additional training to better estimate their overall investment and operating expenses.
