- CBAC will agree to identify the Land for your CBA franchise for purchase and begin the process of negotiating a letter of intent for such purchase no later than one year following the date of signing the Letter Agreement, as described in Item 5. In the event CBAC fails to meet this deadline, you will have a 30 day option to terminate your relationship with CBAC and have your Down Payment (minus the $13,500 non-refundable portion) returned. If you choose not to terminate your relationship with CBAC within this 30 day period, your Franchise relationship with CBAC will continue, and CBAC will continue to search for Land for your CBA franchise.

According to Christian Brothers Automotive's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Christian Brothers Automotive has a deadline to identify land for your franchise. Specifically, Christian Brothers Automotive must identify land for your Christian Brothers Automotive franchise for purchase and begin negotiating a letter of intent for that purchase no later than one year following the date you sign the Letter Agreement.
If Christian Brothers Automotive fails to meet this one-year deadline, you have a 30-day option to terminate your relationship with Christian Brothers Automotive. If you choose to terminate, you will receive your Down Payment back, minus the $13,500 non-refundable portion.
If you do not terminate the agreement within the 30-day period, your franchise relationship with Christian Brothers Automotive will continue, and Christian Brothers Automotive will continue to search for land for your franchise.
