What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 FDD, Chop5 Salad Kitchen can terminate the Franchise Agreement with cause if the franchisee defaults. The Area Development Agreement (ADA) also states that Chop5 Salad Kitchen can terminate the agreement if the franchisee defaults.

This means that if a Chop5 Salad Kitchen franchisee fails to meet the obligations outlined in the Franchise Agreement or the Area Development Agreement, Chop5 Salad Kitchen has the right to terminate the agreement. These obligations could include financial responsibilities, operational standards, or adherence to brand guidelines.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review both the Franchise Agreement and the Area Development Agreement to understand what constitutes a default and what actions could lead to termination.
